Preheat the oven to 350* F
Beat egg whites to soft peaks then gradually add half of the sugar and whip until stiff
beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar until sugar is complete mixed in
add in the vanilla and almond extract into the egg yolks
Mix in the salt with the flour
Fold in the flour into the egg yolks mix, then fold in the egg whites.
In a properly greased bundt pan, layer the apples first, then scoop the batter over, making sure the pan is never more than 2/3 full.
