Blackberry Popsicle with Black Salt – Kala Khatta
Ingredients

Blackberries
1/4
C
Sugar Syrup
1
tsp
Black Salt
Kala Namak
1
tsp
lemon juice
Instructions
Pulse the blackberries in a blender and add the sugar syrup. Add in the lemon juice.
Sprinkle the inside of the Popsicle molds with a dash of black salt
Fill them and freeze.
Just before eating, sprinkle a little more black salt and enjoy the bliss
