Spicy Mint Lemonade – A Hyderabadi Thirst Quencher

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon/lime
  • 1/2 tsp tamarind pulp
  • 1/2 c mint leaves
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 thai green chili
  • 1/2 tsp roasted ground cumin
  • 16 oz cool water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black salt.

Instructions

  1. Blend the tamarind, water, mint, sugar, cumin and green chilli.
  2. Divide up into two glasses. Add in juice of half a lemon in each. Add in salts. Stir and Sip.
