Spicy Mint Lemonade – A Hyderabadi Thirst Quencher
Ingredients

tamarind pulp

mint leaves

sugar

thai green chili

roasted ground cumin

oz
cool water
1/4
tsp
salt
1/4
tsp
black salt.
Instructions
Blend the tamarind, water, mint, sugar, cumin and green chilli.
Divide up into two glasses. Add in juice of half a lemon in each. Add in salts. Stir and Sip.
