Walnut Chutney
This is a quintessential chutney from Kashmir. There are many variations and this is a basic version.

rinsed and drained

walnut halves

garlic

thai green chilies
adjust quantity as needed- this is HOT

salt to taste

Place everything in a blender.

Blend until very smooth.

Use as a chutney with Indian meals or a dip with vegetables and kebabs
