1. Pan on medium heat, add oil. Saute the mushrooms until they get a light golden hue.

2. Add the garlic and saute some more. Ensure that the garlic does not overcook.

4. Add in the scallions and cook for a minute or until the green onions are slightly cooked.

5. Add the vinegar and cook until it reduces and coats the mushrooms.
