Turkey Burger with Hatch chilies

Ingredients

pound
ground turkey
2
hatch chilies chopped
1/4
C
chopped bell pepper
1/2
tsp
garam masala
1
Tbs
chopped cilantro
1/4
C
finely chopped onions
1/2
tsp
coriander powder
1
tsp
minced garlic
Salt to taste
1
large egg
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients.
Shape into patties.
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 400*F for 10 minutes.
Then turn and bake for another 10 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165 - 170 is reached.
Enjoy with some chutney or in a burger.
