Butter Chicken recipe made easy
Put the Instant pot on sauté mode with the inner pot placed in.
Add the butter once the inner pot is hot.
Stir to mix. Add 1/2 C water. Close the lid. Set to manual, set the vent to closed, high pressure 10 minutes.
When the cooking is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally ( Natural Pressure Release ) for 15 minutes. and then add the cream garam masala and cilantro.
