Heat a wok, add in the oil and toss the chicken in.

Stir fry until the chicken is cooked through

Add in the onions and cook until just transparent

Tip in the garam masala and sumac and let it cook till aromatic

Heat up the Rotis

Spread half of the chutney on one roti

Layer the cooked chicken on top

Followed by the lettuce/cabbage and onions and tomatoes
