Spinach Green Apple Cucumber Bomb

Ingredients

  • 1 C blanched spinach
  • 1/2 Green apple diced peel on or off is a personal choice
  • 1 C Cucumber diced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2- 3 mint leaves
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 C ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend them all together to a smoothie consistency.
  2. You may or may not want to pass it through a sieve.
  3. pour, sip, feel good.
