Preheat oven to 350*F
Quickly process the rolled oats in a food processor to get a coarse powder and put in a mixing bowl. Add cinnamon and the raisins.
Mash the bananas into the oat mixture.
When completely mashed in, spoon a tablespoon at a time onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. This will make around 10 - 12 cookies.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until crisp on the edges. Cool and enjoy as a snack or for breakfast.
